What Karin does at home
Routine foot care, in your own front room
Home visits cover the work that makes the biggest day-to-day difference: nails cut comfortably, hard skin reduced, corns and calluses dealt with, and a proper foot health check while she’s there.
Higher-acuity work (nail surgery, MSK injuries, injections, gait analysis, diabetic high-risk reviews) is seen at our Lisburn Road or Ormeau Road clinics instead. We’ll let you know on the confirmation call if anything in your notes sounds like it’s a clinic job rather than a home one.

Foot Health Practitioner
Karin is a fully qualified Foot Health Practitioner who delivers Lower Limb’s home-visit service across South Belfast. She holds her own professional indemnity insurance and works on a contracted basis to the clinic, with the same standards and the same sterile-equipment protocols you’d see at Lisburn Road or Ormeau Road, just brought to your home.
Karin has built her career around the patients who find a clinic visit difficult: mobility issues, recent surgery, transport headaches, or simply a strong preference to be seen at home. She’ll arrive on time, lay everything out, do the work calmly, give you straightforward advice, and tidy up before she leaves.
