from £90Your first appointment for any foot, ankle, knee, or lower leg pain. Includes a full biomechanical assessment, diagnostic ultrasound scanning where clinically indicated, and a clear treatment plan. No GP referral needed.
Two options: • 30-minute assessment — £90. Ideal if you have one specific area of pain. • 45-minute assessment — £120. Recommended if more than one area is painful or if your problem is complex or longstanding. Not sure which to book? Choose the 45-minute option.
Custom 3D-Printed Orthotics
from £380Bespoke foot orthoses designed from your clinical assessment data and manufactured in-house at Réalta Labs using SLS 3D printing technology. Typically ready for fitting within 2–3 weeks.
Injection Therapy
Ultrasound-guided corticosteroid injections for plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma, and joint capsulitis. Performed under real-time ultrasound guidance for accuracy and safety.
Pre-Surgery Assessment
£58 · 30 minAssessment for ingrown toenails, problematic nails, or verrucae to determine whether a minor surgical procedure is appropriate. If you proceed to surgery, the £58 assessment fee is deducted from the cost of your procedure.
Nail Surgery
from £365Permanent correction of ingrown or problematic toenails under local anaesthetic. Partial nail avulsion with phenolisation — a 98% success rate procedure. Takes approximately 45 minutes; you walk out the same day.
Verruca Needling
Specialist verruca treatment using needling technique under local anaesthetic. An effective alternative when over-the-counter treatments have failed.

Paul is the clinical director of Lower Limb Clinic and the founder of Réalta Labs. He holds a Master's degree in Podiatric Sports Medicine from Queen Mary University of London and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He specialises in diagnostic ultrasound imaging, injection therapy, shockwave therapy, and complex biomechanical assessment. He has been treating lower limb conditions since 2011 and leads the Newcastle clinic personally — you won't be seen by a junior clinician.
